Robin grew up in the Jackson, MS, area and wed Mark Hutchison on June 15, 1996. Mark is a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School in Fayetteville, NY, Millsaps College, and the Mississippi College of Law.
Their first child, James Mark Hutchison, was born on February 7, 2002. Robin was six months pregnant with their second child when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She was hospitalized immediately but died just four days later. On March 31, 2003, the day before her passing, her physicians were able to deliver a tiny daughter, Anna Catherine Hutchison. Although she weighed only 2 lb. and 2 oz., and had to spend more than two months in the neonatal intensive care unit, Anna Catherine was able to come home on June 2, 2003.
Robin was a dear, precious person, and her loss is a source of great grief to all who knew her. We are consoled by many wonderful memories of Robin, the two children who become her legacy, and the certain knowlege that she died trusting in the promises of Jesus. Her loving family offers this page in her honor, with the sincere hope that those who come across it will pause both to reflect upon the uncertainty of this life and to ask God's blessing upon Mark and his children.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF ROBIN JONES HUTCHISON
March 11, 1970---April 1, 2003
The song playing in the background is "His Eye Is On The Sparrow." A family friend, Arlena Green, knew Robin from childhood and touchingly sang this song at her funeral.
Clockwise from the upper left these photos show, (1) Anna Catherine with her grandmothers, Jean Hutchison and Janice Larche, (2) Mark holding his son Jimmy, (3) Mark, and (4) Robin and Mark's nephew, Jerry Lee Ainsworth, in the backyard of the new home that Mark and Robin moved into just a few months before her passing. The pictures below show Mark with little Jimmy and Anna Catherine in the summer of 2003 and in September, 2006.
